Coping with Job Insecurity

Hi

Have you lost the job? Are you trapped in the feelings of Job Insecurity? The current global slowdown has forced us to accept this threat as a part of our daily life.

The evil of Job Cut and Fear of Job Cut has taken a toll on the most of the part of planet earth. To reduce the cost of operations companies have taken a route of retrenchment. Whether we liked it or not, we have to include the Job Loss or Fear of Job Loss in the list of uncertainties prevailing in our life. Uncertainties are result of external factors which are beyond our control. As a rational human being, we have to make provisions for such uncertainties

While holding onto your job may have been out of your control, your future is within your control. You don’t have control on the external circumstances which is affecting you but you have control on the critical behavior which is your response to it.

With this theme in mind I have written an Article on ‘How to deal with uncertainty of Job or Business and how to prepare ourselves” which is focusing what we need to do as a human being to fight against this uncertainity
